- DRUMMER B IS A SELF-MADE PRODUCER, DJ, ART COLLECTOR AND MUSICAL TASTEMAKER, WHO REIGNS SUPREME WITH A NAMEPLATE THAT CARRIES WEIGHT AMONG DETROIT’S MUSIC ELITES.When Leonard Ware inherited his grandmother’s record collection, his lifelong love affair became a career. As a musicologist, Drummer B subsequently developed a diverse love of jazz, rock, hip hop, ghetto tech, and funk. A native Detroiter, Drummer B, is no stranger to the music and entertainment industry. He has worked with Big Proof of D12 and Iron Fist Records, Baatin of Slum Village, L’Renee, Fat Ray, Nick Speed Danny Brown, Dope Head of the Bruiser Brigade crew and many more. His in-depth knowledge and experience in music engineering, music production and manufacturing, deejaying and executive producing has landed Drummer B credits on music and video projects worldwide. In 2010-12 Drummer B, recorded for Danny Brown’s while under Fool Gold Records including tracks for the album "XXX" and many freatures that Brown did during that time, he also produced, mixed and recorded 7 tracks on Dope Head’s critically acclaimed album “Plaid Palm Trees”, including the lead single “Airbags.” Drummer B founded Soul Touch Recordings in 2010 to develop and brand his sound while producing high quality, noteworthy music. In 2017, Drummer B partnered with 1xRun to release his Ghetto Tech limited edition vinyl "Space Bounce. Shortly after he joined Transmat Angency for the release of The Diamond Project Ep1 on Transmat Records. Drummer B has had a luminary career, one that has recently began taking him on amazing international adventures. In 2018, the producer/DJ played and did a artist residency in Cairo, Egypt which inspired his acclaimed Valley of Kings: Detroit to Cairo project with Hizz Records. His international travels continued with an exciting international tour tittled "Hi Tek Soul" in October 2019 with the legendary Derrick May.
