- Dubs MX the new face of the genreJordan Alexis Macías, the creator of the Dubs MX project, is an artist inspired by Latin culture and its peculiar rhythms. Dubs MX is a project that was born in the middle of the year 2021 from the hand of the taste for electronic music. Tastes for music with generative percussion, drum machines and booming basses have led to experimenting with genres like EBM, Dark Disco and of course Italo Disco. In the year 2021 he began his career selling his music at small parties in the city of Cuernavaca, Morelos. Seeing the difference in genres that existed in that city and knowing that the recognition for his music was very little or almost nil, he decided to open doors to the neighboring city; the great Mexico City. This being his great opportunity to demonstrate the great talent he had to the representatives and promoters of the city. His music caught the attention of Germany's major NEIN label just two months after its first release. And just 6 months later Dubs MX was giving shows throughout the Mexican Republic, appearing in renowned clubs such as Bar Américas, Casa Cobra, El Relámpago, Marina 33 among others. making it the head of the Dark Disco genre in its entire state.
