Biografía
- Federico Farina was born in 1986 and got involved with the music world from an early age. His first electric guitar marked the beginning of his contact with music and composition.At the age of 12 he started studying classical guitar and music. After playing in several Hard Rock and Heavy Metal bands, between the ages of 15 and 18, he was conquered by the perfect mixture between classical music and powerful melodic rock. The most significant change in his actual music style came to Federico when he started visiting the night clubs of Buenos Aires and all around the world. Listening a huge variety of music and surrounded by the flow of new rhythms, such as house, soul, deep, minimal, down tempo, ambient, he developed an exquisite groovy fresh sound full of melodies that leaves the dacefloor flying or pumping for sure. As his music referents we can name: Depeche Mode, Ricardo Villalobos, Zip, Richie Hawtin, Sasha, Guy Gerber, John Digweed,James Holden, Hernan Cattaneo, Laurent Garnier, Underworld, Silicone Soul, Booka Shade, DJ T., among others. Actually he left Buenos Aires, where he played in most important clubs and parties such as Pacha (Terrace), Bahrein, The Shamrock Basement, Hipodromo Argentino, Levitar, Oasis (San Luis), Puerta Uno, High on the Roof, Oasis Clubhouse, Congo, to name the mosts important. Now he is based in Berlín for a new step into his music career and so far he played at Club Der Visionaere, IPSE, Griessmuehle, Suicide Circus, Sage Beach, Kino International, Freudenreich, Crack Bellmer, Minimal Bar, Promenaden Eck, Suß War Gestern, Freudenzimmer, Macarena (Barcelona) Barts Club (OFF Sonar Festival Barcelona) Razzmatazz (Barcelona) Le Romandie (Lausanne) and Quinta do Monte (Portugal) but looking forward to discover new places and cities around Europe.
