- short introductionFelix Miran Un toque de curiosidad y su predisposición para afrontar nuevos retos empujaron a Félix Miran a interesarse por las mezclas y la electrónica de vanguardia. Al pasar un tiempo tras los platos hizo sus primeras apariciones con un colectivo local llamado compuesto por un grupo de inquietos jóvenes amantes de la fiesta. Al poco tiempo quiso dar un paso mas allá, contactó con un productor local que le introdujo en las labores de la producción digital. Leve, intensa, corta o interrumpida se podría definir su carrera, y como era de esperar, volvería acogiendo nuevos retos. Tras pasar un tiempo compartiendo cabina con diferentes referentes en la vanguardia electrónica y descubriendo cual era el estilo en el que mas cómodo se encontraba , pudo apreciar que ningún estilo por si solo le convencía y es algo que se ve reflejado en sus sets a día de hoy. Durante ese tiempo decidió fundar la que a día de hoy es la única tienda de vinilos especializada en electrónica en el litoral canario – DigDig Record Shop. No sin riesgo , esta aventura demuestra la de dedicación que tiene por la música y de abrirle las puertas a los que como el , tienen un apego especial por el vinilo dentro de este género en una isla en la que los seguidores de estos géneros son minoría. ENGLISH Curiosity and predisposition to take on new challenges pushed Felix Miran to start interesting himself in electronic music and the art of mixing. After some time behind the decks he made his first apperreances in public with a local rave collective founded by a Young group of party loving people. After a short period he wanted to go a bit further and dive into music production. Thats when he was introduced to a local producer that showed him some basics in digital music production. Short , intense , interrupted , could be words that define his carrer , but has it was to expect , he returned taking on new challenges. After sharing the booth with different top artists of the “VANGUARDIA” electronic music scene, and searching for that genre or style that made him feel more confortable , he noticed himself that no style by itself made him whole as an artist , and that can be recognized in the diversity of his sets. During that time he decided to jump into another Project : The opening of his own vinyl record shop , and the only one on all the canary islands specialized in electronic music – DigDig Record Shop.
