- Fiona Beeson is a Dj, promoter and producer of electronic music, founding partner of Beesound Music and Beesound Recordings.Fiona Beeson is a Dj, promoter and producer of electronic music, founding partner of Beesound Music and Beesound Recordings. She studied DJing and electronic music production in the Sonica School (Buenos Aires, Argentina) and has since dedicated her life to music. During her 15 year career she has become known as one of Colombia’s best DJs and thanks to the versatility of her musical style, going from Deep House to Progressive House, to Tech House and Chill Out, has performed in the best clubs and venues in Colombia as well as participating in well known festivals and big brand events. Among her most significant jobs as resident Dj are Baum, Octava and the exclusive terrace of the Hotel B.O.G. She has participated in the BPM festival in Mexico for three consecutive years, two years in the BAUM FEST, SONAR in Bogota, STORYLAND in Cartagena, ESTEREO PICNIC festival and in many other clubs and parties in South, Central and North America.Fiona has launched various productions with Beesound Recordings, Savia Park Rec, Hush Records, Musica Gourmet, Gorilla Recordings, LW recordings y Rezongar Music. Her latest works in 2017 are “INCIPIENT” EP in Beesound Recordings and a remix in Midnight Language. Her professional skills and excellent ear for music have made her a curator, not only in her work as A&R in the label, but also in shows such as when she hosted her radio show at Ibiza Global Radio in 2016 and in the production of parties like the emblematic Sunset Sessions, one of the first day-time parties in Colombia starting in 2008 with international DJs like Nina Kraviz, Nitin, Richy Ahmed, Dustin Nantais, Dj T, amongst others. Her experience as a Dj, A&R, producer of music and events have made her an entrepreneur in the Colombian electronic music industry and a recurring guest at conferences and cultural events surrounding the electronic scene like BUD LAB and giving lectures at the SAE institute Bogota.
