As a teenager he was playing the drums, and was becoming more and mor e interested in electronic music, such as trance and techno. As a teenager he was playing the drums, and was becoming more and mor e interested in electronic music, such as trance and techno. During his study years he started producing his own music and organised small house parties. As a result of his enthusiasm towards this music he started working for the Amsterdam based house label Bounce House Recordings by the American producer DK Watts. Just a year later he started an own label Aftertech Records with his buddy Thomas van de Biezen aka Frezel, releasing melodic techno music.
