- Beige Residents Dog Records Funkpony Records Laifis Happ-y Recordings Undertechnical RecordingsAfter a few years of experimenting with music production and a lifetime of mixing, Frantic Obsessions came on the scene mid 2013 and made an impact straight away. Comprised of two old school friends with a passion for music. From the tender age of 16 they where attending drum & bass raves and have been hooked on rave culture ever since. It was after a trip to the magic island of Ibiza in 2006 the boys opened their eyes and ears to the sound of House music and have never turned back! After smashing their first set at "Dysfunctional" in May 2013, they secured a residency at one of London's most exciting and talked about house events of 2013 "Beige". After warming up for Amine Edge & DANCE at Great Suffolk street to a packed out tunnel, they've played regular slots at "Dazed" and a host of the capitals most notorious underground house nights at a selection of the best and loved venues across town. Their debut E.P "Obsessesd" was released on Dog Records in June and was featured in Beatport's Deep House new releases. Receiving support from artists such as Him_self_Her, Dj Sneak and Clouded Judgement, one of the tracks "Don't Look Now" climbed to the top 4 in the Dog Records chart and is still holding strong. "No Secrets" was also dropped by Amine Edge & DANCE in Ibiza last season. Following on from their debut E.P they secured further releases on Funkpony Records, Undertechnical Recordings and Laifis Happ-y Recordings. Their Laifis Happ-y realease was featured in the Nu Disco staff picks on Beatport and "All night long" is still No.1 on the Laifis Happ-y chart. A year on and the guys have got their heads down in the studio always experimenting and evolving their sound of Deep, Bassy House music.
