- Gemma-Louise / Major League Hustlaz ltd Managing Director of Major League Hustlaz Ltd a Recording, Publishing & Artist Management Company.Music is my passion. While managing my own Recording & Publishing Company I have acquired the skills to develop artists from a grass roots level to a professional standard, selling their music on multiple platforms, formats and performing regularly at various venues. I thrive on scouting new and existing talent and overseeing all aspects of the process to create the finished product. I manage recording sessions and strategize artist campaigns, giving them a clear vision and focus on what to achieve and how to do it. I have a natural talent for spotting new trends with a brilliant understanding of the Dance music scene. I am productive on Social Media, attend gigs and club nights regularly and have also run events for independent artists to show case their talents. I have built and continue to grow a solid database of DJ’s and Radio Broadcasters that play and promote my Artist’s music. These include Kiss FM, Capital Xtra, and Rinse FM among many other internet Radio Stations. I also am currently building a network of Film & T.V companies.
