- George Sfiroeras aka Gorge Soera is a Dj & Producer from Greece. He was born in the late 80's at Athens and grew up on the beautiful island of Cyclades, Naxos.George Sfiroeras or Gorge Soera (stage name) is a Dj & Producer from Greece. He was born in the late 80's at Athens and grew up on the beautiful island of Cyclades, Naxos. As a child, his mother used to be a radio Dj/Producer on a local station, spinning vinyl for a living. While growing up, George's interest about radio and music became stronger. Vinyl Records started to be more than "black circle things" for him, so he decided to get closer with them.No he was not Djing since he was 8, but he was trying to help his mother do her job better. In the age of 15 George started playing music in some bars on his island. By the age of 18, he was resident at the biggest club of Naxos "Ocean Dance". Music genre in his set was around rock/disco and later some mainstream music in order to get through the night. The first time that George really got serious about electronic music scene and especially deep house, was when he had the honor to open some dj sets for Kevin Yost and Sandy Rivera. Currently based in Athens studding human nutrition, George's love of music and production is growing day by day. He spends most of the day in his studio, producing and recording new things for him and his fellow producers and friends. At the time George is performing in various clubs in Athens and Mixing Dj Sets for some Radio Stations. He is the owner of "Deep & Sexy Records" an independent record label which is focused on Deep House genre mostly. Also, with his best friend and partner Anastasios Sxoinas "Trigger N' Slide" he runs Catblack. Records. Catblack. is a record label focused on Deep & Tech house genres and of course in black cats for its cover art needs!
