Biografía

  • Gregg Ashley has experienced a colourful musical journey, having held DJ residencies in Ibiza, and with many tracks signed to some highly renowned and long established record labels. Not limiting his involvement within the industry to just DJing and Pr..
Gregg initially made an arrival within the Tech House scene during 2010/11, with releases and remixes on labels including (and not limited to) Starlight Unlimited, Frequenza, Whartone, Dojo Music, Wired, and Muzik X Press. With tracks also appearing on many compilation albums, Gregg further established himself when his single ‘Get Up’ was signed to the Dojo Music imprint, and in turn picked up by DJ Mag Ibiza and featured on their ‘15 Year Anniversary Issue’ covermount compilation CD. Whilst all this was going on, Gregg was spending entire Summer seasons between 2010-2012 in Ibiza, with various residencies across the island and regular performances at iconic venues such as Sankeys Ibiza, Bora Bora, Savannahs, and Salinas beach. During the Winter periods Gregg would return back from the White Isle to the UK while performing at various locations from London, to Manchester and Brighton, including such iconic venues as The Egg, Fire and Lightbox. More recently Gregg found his style and influences began to develop more towards deeper, more minimalistic yet energetic and grooving styles of House / Techno. This transition is reflected in some of his more recent productions. As far as DJing (and blatant namedropping) goes, Gregg has featured on line ups along with Cassy, Maya Jane Coles, Tania Vulcano, Danny Daze, The Martinez Brothers, Miguel Campbell, Matt Hughes, Pirupa, Leftwing & Kody, Waifs & Strays, Him_Self_Her, Russ Yallop, wAFF, Shonky, Patrick Topping, Dan Ghenacia, Sonny Fodera, Dale Howard, and the current World No.1 DJ – Dixon.
