- Well, i grew up in the northern outbacks of germany and started as a drum mer in a noise/hardcore band called "bound to confront". later on "schaub lorenz". in the early 90´s i got into early techno and drum and bass stuff like so many...soon after, a..Well, i grew up in the northern outbacks of germany and started as a drummer in a noise/hardcore band called "bound to confront". Later on "schaub lorenz". In the early 90´s, i got into early techno and drum and bass stuff like so many...Soon after, a record store - guy handed me the "riot" lp from underground resistance for cheap money, because he couldn´t sell it to all those trance - and goa - heads. From then on....i was locked & everything was different. At the moment, i couldn´t say that there are any styles i prefer. Could be anything from noise rock, to detroit to chicago to dubstep to deep house to hip hop to WELLPRODUCED minimal to good popmusic. It has to have that funk built in, if you know what i mean. To put it short: It´s gotta JACK.
