Known as a DJ/selector and music producer, Jake's passion for the musical and aesthetic realms is ingrained in his artistic identity. His devotion to the classical 4/4 rhythms of house, disco, and jazzy house sets him apart. With meticulous care, he curates and performs sets that showcase the timeless allure of these genres. As a versatile producer, Jake has traversed a diverse range of sounds and influences. His early productions, rooted in deep house and organic house music, found a home in renowned labels such as Ketalar Recordings (Manchester) and Gentlemen Lounge Records (Bosnia). Over time, his evolving releases have embraced a more pronounced house and disco orientation. Beyond his musical pursuits, Jake holds a Philosophy M.A in Naturalized Aesthetics. In the academic sphere, he serves as a journal editor and college teacher. The fusion of his philosophical roots with his passion for music has led Jake to co-found Compact Rituals alongside his friends and co-founders, Josho and Alex Üll.
