- The young Montreal based artist Jay London's passion for music started at the age of 8 when he started to play the drums. Jay later began to play guitar and piano which eventually led him to discover house music.The young Montreal based artist Jay London's passion for music started at the age of 8 when he started to play the drums. Jay later began to play guitar and piano which eventually led him to discover house music. The Stereo Resident has recently been collaborating with longtime friend and mentor, Paolo Rocco. The two have collaborated on a remix of DJ Pierre for Get Physical, in addition to an original on DJ Sneak's I'm A House Gangster label. Jay's career is just beginning, and already he had played in places like New York, Bogota, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, South Africa in addition to his hometown festivals Igloofest and Piknik Electronic. 2015 looks bright for Jay London as he is set to release both solo projects as well as more collaborations with Paolo Rocco.
