The german-born is based in Berlin & Leipzig and known for her vibing techno and progressive tech house sound, that still keep true to her roots with that underground feel. Jil´s productions have found their own identity with her unique and trippy vocals entwined into her driving hooks and phat basslines. These tracks have created unique moments in many DJ performances at some of the most infamous events worldwide. That´s how the icon Nicole Moudaber signed Jil on her label Mood Records with the famous EP “Ravenergy“, a floor filler for sure! Jil´s music gained millions of streams on Spotify, is part of the biggest playlists, got huge support on Beatport and has built a solid fanbase. She was chosen two times for the Cover of Electronic Rising, one of Spotify’s biggest playlists for electronic music and techno and she was chosen into the Top Ten of the Best 50 Tracks 2022 & 23. Jil Tanner has been awarded from thousands all over Europe for the Final 4 for Tomorrowland's 'Sound of Tomorrow‘ in cooperation with Beatport & Pepsi Max, what brought her to a big audience with many new fans which loved her authentic style and unique sound. In 2022, Jil opened her first own record label K N KT. She said: “All in life is connected, especially the underground dance music scene KONEKT´s people all over the world. I love these special vibes and want to express this in my label!“ Jil loves the variations inside the techno genre, so her label K N KT will be a vibing variation from melodic to driving techno. Her recent releases on the label got a rocket start and entered directly the top of Spotifys Electronic Rising and were played by iconic Solomun at Mute / Argentina. Jil love and live the music - these special vibes she brings in every DJ set, song production or wherever she go. There is one thing precisely noticeable – Jil rarely ties herself down.
