- JOHN KAT is an Italian DJ/Producer & Remixer. His sound look for a new house style with deep and tek influences.JOHN KAT was born in Naples (Italy) in 1982. Playing in some of the best Italian Clubs, he's gathered more of 10 years experience. His Dj-Set is dominated by a deep-minimal sound, expressing musical influences of djs like M.A.N.D.Y., Booka Shade, Satoshi Tomiie, Danny Tenaglia, Art Department, Subb-An, Hector Couto, Gorge ,Trentemoller, Dyed Soundorom, and Raresh. He has began his approach to House Music at age 14, collecting his favorite tunes and refining his tastes. He participated in National events such as “PARTY IN THE WOOD”, L'EVENTO To VECCHIA FATTORIA a 12 hour no-stop set, MOTORSHOW of Bologna 2006, PRINCE (Riccione). In 2009 he was a guest at MICA CLUB in GENEVA. He's played with names like Tom Vibe,Ralf, Tedd Patterson, Massimino Lippoli, (Pornocult), Alfred Azzetto (DB Boulevard), Flavio Vecchi, Dj Uovo(Pastaboys), Franz & Shape, Cj Mackintosh, and Marshall Jefferson. On summer 2012 he released a Jidax remix out on frensch label, and autumn of 2012 was featured on Get Physical's 'Tracks 2' compilation, marking a new high point in the producer/DJ evolving career.
