- * Ghent based DJ/Producer (2001) * Label-manager Nightfalls Recordings (2016) * Producer + host Nightfalls Radio (2001) * Party Promotor : MOVE! / GANKAfter starting his musical career as a drummer in several rock & bluesbands, Ghentian (BE) Ken Raa has been established as a DJ since 1999 under the name Kenny Raw. He brings a mix of deep melodic grooves, with a progressive and minimal twist, to more full on techno. Next to playing records, Ken is also producing his own music, resulting in several releases on different labels such as Clinique Rec. (RU) and Coincidence Rec. (BE) and in 2014 he started his own label “Nightfalls Recordings”. His “Distorted Reality” was the first release on NF, printed on vinyl, and proved to be an instant succes since it got a spot on the famous Fabric compilation (London)! Since 2001 Ken is hosting his own radioshow in Belgium and in 2015 he started his current show 'Nightfalls Radio', of course with the link to his label. (more info @ www.urgent.fm/nightfalls.) The show is also linked to his work as a party promoter. As founder of the popular MOVE! parties in Ghent (2006-2014) he successfully exported the concept to New York, South Africa and the South East of Asia. In 2018 he joined Gank, a party concept in Ghent, where he’s been organising several successful events, next party on schedule is 1st of November with Fur Coat!
