- Techno/ Ambient / Electronic/Kevin Villa is a DJ/Producer born in Pereira, Colombia. He dabbled in the electronic music in 2010, being influenced by the most outstanding movements of his cultural environment. Later, inspired by artists like Ben Klock, Speedy J, Xpansul, DVS1, Tommy Four Seven, Oscar Mulero, Jeff Mills among others; he immersed himself in an internal search process in order to find a sound that really identified him. He discovered something he releases every second, an essence that gives to the crowd a real perception of Kevin Villa: Techno music. His music can go from the most atmospheric and dense to the most dry and forceful sounds, but always respecting his musical identity. Related to his discography, he worked for TRUE TYPE TRACKS, which is Xpan-sul’s label. He has participated in releases for Broken Mind Recordings, Illegal Alien Rec-ords, Alss, G89 Rec, Wall Music, where his productions have been well received interna-tionally with the support of artists like Alexi Delano, Cristian Varela, Drumcell, Exos, Got-shell, HD Substance, Joseph Capriati, L.A.W., Maceo Plex, Markantonio, Ø [Phase], Paco Osuna, Pepe Arcade, Ricardo Garduno, Slam, among many others. His releases and trajec-tory have been reflected in electronic music portals known in the entire world like Culbbingspain, DJ MAG from Spain and Latin America, RAVERS and Medellin Style. Kevin has traveled around a lot of the Colombian territory presenting himself in the main cities of the country and sharing with great national and international artists like Aleja Sánchez, Developer, Magdalena, Merino, Raffaelle Attanasio, Bas Mooy Speedy J ,Tommy Four Seven, UVB, Xpansul,Keith Karnal, Remco Beekwilder among others.
