Kirks drive for the love of music took him in the direction of producing his own tracks, and like the djing he was hooked and making music came naturally to him over a few years hard work kirk was making tracks worthy of being signed to record lables and have other dj's across the globe play his tracks,, his first tracks signed to new lable CITY WEST RECORDS are the starting point kirk was looking for to forfill his future play/making music : . . .. early 2009 and after a year or so playing small night in and around edinburgh and newcastle , slowly gettin reconised as sumone who has passion for what he does derek martin of the massive MUSIKA in edinburgh offerd him a residency wich has seen kirk support the likes of LUCIANO . MANDY , NIC FANCIULLI , ERIC PRYDZ plus many more : . . . ..2010 Seen the launch of new night SouLoco , a fresh night for kirk to showcase his love for the music, Souloco is a deep house/disco based night and in 12 months running at the cities cabaret Voltaire has seen it grow from strength to strength and is one of the most talked about nights in edinburgh , Kirk also kept busy with the Musika goings on seeing him support dj's such as TIMO MASS, JOHN DIGWEED, TIM GREEN , STEVE LAWLER, RADIOSLAVE, BOOKASHADE, M.A.N.D.Y , Playing some of the best sets of his life .. 2011 is set to be a huge one both with Musika & SouLoco so look out for future events̸Kirk Douglas - Empto/Is As One Kirk Douglas & Ewan Smith - Second Time Round/Plod Plod Kirk Douglas Feat Jenny D - Deeper In To You Dave Nicohlson - Deephit (Kirk Douglas Remix)
