- DJ / VJ / liveperformer. +15 years of making and mixing music. Released records on Blue Note, BBE, PIAS and now signed to WePlayHouse.Mixing the best in hiphop, soul, jazz, house and disco. From oldschool to brand new : if it’s soulful and keeps the dancefloor in motion, I play it. Influences are longtime buddy Lefto, Kerri Chandler, Kon & Amir, Gilles Peterson, DJ Premier, Dimitri From Paris, Octave One, I.N.T., KC The Funkaholic, Andrés, Kid Sublime, JDilla, Prince, Nils Frahm, Lucas Arruda, ... I've opened for Hiatus Kaiyote, Sergio Mendez, Dwele, Little Brother, Chris Dave, Solomon Burke, Angie Stone, Cassandra Wilson, India Arie, Company Flow, Roots Manuva, Common, Jill Scott, The Alkoholiks, Mos Def & Talib Kweli, Rob Swift, The Pharcyde, Ursula Rucker and many many more. I started producing and rapping at age 17, and released 2 solo albums (last one on BBE Records). I've written songs with Phonte (Little Brother), Oh No, Murs, Kazi, Shyrock (Postmen) and Nia Saw (Zap Mama). With longtime friend Lefto, I pioneered a hiphop radioshow on Studio Brussel (Belgium) and made a jazz edit and remix album for Blue Note.
