- Lia Catreux is a Paris-based DJ who loves playing with a myriad of influences and intensities: her DJ sets take us from weighty blends of Breaks, Drum & Bass, Experimental, Hard Dance & Bass music towards darker, ambient and minimalist vibes.Digging into heterogeneous influences with a wide range of intensities, Lia stands out with an unpredictable selection and a mischievous energy, with a strong penchant for 90s to post-internet Rave sounds, tinged with futuristic bass, breaks and experimentation with a more or less familiar feel, all of witch plunges you into a harsh world of fantasy. Resident of the [re]sources label (and their show on Rinse radio), she recently released « Let In Sink » on their birthday compilation. She is also the curator of the compilation 'Place: France' for the New York label Air Texture, on which she released her first track, "United Taste”. Her releases also include a track in collaboration with SNKLS on Club Late Music and another for the Lachrymose Rescue label.
