- Luigi Sanchez is a Young DJ, Producer and Label owner From Colombia, based in London.. Well known by his super groovey House and Tech House set at Some Clubs and Bars in London such as: The EGG Nightclub (King's Cross), Pacha (London), Public Life Club..Luigi Andres Montoya Sanchez, most known as “Luigi Sanchez”. Colombian DJ, Producer, Remixer and Label owner born in Palmira, Valle del Cauca (Colombia) on 24 of December 1992; he started his interest for the Electronic music at the age of 11 years old, with a big influence of House and Electro beats and some DJs that were rocking on those times. On 2008 Luigi Sanchez moved to London where he started learning mix techniques on a pair of his cousin old vinyl turntables. Influenced by Hed Kandi, he started playing Funky House, House and Soul House beats. Luigi Sanchez decide to moved into CDs turntables and bought one basic CD mixer, his electronic music passion was growing more. At secondary school he was spending more time on practicing mixing skills and downloading music than revising for his exams. At the end of 2008, he start thinking on playing something more clubbing and commercial and there is when he started playing House and Electro House influenced by artist such as Laidback Luke, Deadmau5, Diplo, David Guetta, Antoine Clamaran, Fedde Le Grand and many more. On February 2009 he started his own program called “Electro-Afternoons” on an Online Radio Station from Colombia, where he promoted his DJ sets. On the same year Luigi found one of his favourite genres (Tech House); he changed his style for something more underground influenced by artist such as, Edu Imbernon, Hector Couto, Milton Channels, Coyu, Pirupa, Jay Lumen, Stefano Noferini, Luigi Rocca a.k.a Marshall, Mario Ochoa and many more. On the summer 2010 he started to produce his own beats and sing his first track to be release on Beatport, DJDownload, Juno Download, Track It Down, Nowtrax and many more online stores. Although he was too young to started playing at clubs, he played for many bars around London; on the same year he decided to create his own label (Royal Groove Records) to promote his and also new talented people’s music. On 2011 he got his first club gig at Pacha, London; where the public and even the promoters were impresses with his talent; After that night he was contacted by the same promoters to play at Scala (King’s Cross), The EGG Nightclub (King’s Cross), Public Life Club (Shoreditch) And Bar & Grill (Brixton). His Groovey and Tribal Style make his sets and track as goods as unique.
