- Hailing from Waterford (IE), Irish man Luke Creed (1988) aka Scenedrone , Is one of Irelands most eminent Techno producers & djs. At only 30 he has experience lots his own age do not have.Touring Europe since he was 20 years old, while playing support to techno legends such as Dave Clarke, Joseph Capriati, A.Paul, DAVE the Drummer, Gayle San & Monoloc, and also holding his own as a reputable headline Dj. Alongside playing many gigs on a national level, as his monkier Scenedrone, he has played many gigs overseas, sharing the stage alongside techno heavyweights Ansome, Plukkk, Keepsakes, Interferon, Swarm Intelligence and his proudest moment, supporting Neil Landstrumm just this April. As a producer, he has tracks out on labels like his own Varance, and its sister Variant Electronic; Acroplane, Labrynth, The Public Stand & more. Luke has been lucky enough yo of worked for, and with, established artists the world over. He has featured on EP's alongside tried and tested techno pioneers and has received consistent support from techno heavyweights including the great Dave Clarke, as well as Christian Varela, Dubfire, Paul Birken, Rebekah & many more. Of late most of Lukes focus is on his Scenedrone project and his record labels, Variance and Variant Electronic. Alongside Variant, his flagship label Variance", has signed many great artists such as Drvg Cvltvre, Paul Birken, Casper Hastings, Mael, Ansome, Blurred Boy, Interferon, Ingen, Mickey Nox, Johan Platt, Kamikaze Space Programme, Henge and OLVR/KCRA to name a few! Of course Scenedrone! Luke's mentality towards music and djing is the defining factor in the presentation of his art, not exactly a "purist" in the typical sense of the word, he is a devout dissenter and you can hear it in his music. He does not try to keep up with music trends, sub genres or adhere to what people expect of him as an artist. Just listen to his music to feel the vibe he creates.
