MC PSG is a pioneer of the UKG circuit that has been chatting on the mic for as long as the scene has been going, and was credited for helping to start the whole UK garage ball rolling. One of the most successful and known projects he was involved in was the tune Good Rhymes produced by Da Click which got to #14 in the UK national chart in 1999. PSG has travelled all around the world, performing for various promotions and his name can now be seen on most UK Garage events up and down the country. Inspired by the likes of Big Daddy Kane, LL Cool J, and Rakim, PSG was involved in music doing shows and making tracks from the tender age of 16 giving him a career spanning some twenty years. It all began when his brother a Scratch DJ bought him his first mic after spotting his talents, soon he was doing shows and featuring on pirate stations such Jungle and Kool Fm. My first ever play out that I can remember was Fresh Convention '86 at Walthamstow Assembly Hall. The line up was Cookie Crew, Demond Boys, She Rocker, DJ Pogo, Cut Master Swift, London Posse and many more. Most people probably don't even know these legends. PSG has travelled the globe, MC’in for every club in every resort much the delight of every promoter. Currently he is working with MC Kie on a few projects aswell as Heartless, Chip, Majestic and Jay Harvey all in the pipelines. Watch out for the Spirit led label and production also and PSG in Rio with Scott Garcia. Big big big!
