- Mike Sharon AKA Chrom. Sushitech Artist.Mike sharon (26) artist/producer from jrusalem, israel. Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel 1985. Mike started his way at a very young age by listening to diffrent kinds of musical productions, Starting with Soul music, house, dance and other electronic beats such as “Josh wink" and a few"”. “It all started out when I first heard house music. I was very young and my brother introduced it to me. Ever since then I’ve started to develop my passion for music. I started out with an ear for deep and funky sides of house and then soon moved on to the more underground side of house and also techno. Some big influences in my musical development are the likes of St Germain, kerri chandler, Nuyorican Soul and many funky bands from the 70's. also my brother was a big inspiration by giving me CDs with some of these artists music on. I really enjoyed exploring new sounds and I always tried to play what I’m listening to on the keyboard we had in our living room. a few years later at the age of 15 I started to produce music. first I used some freeware from the internet and then when i was more into it i bought my first hardware, synthesizer which would be the foundation for my studio. when i was16, i played in a very big radio show here in jerusalem, playing my own tracks and a bit later also played dj sets. that gave me allot of confidence about my music and few years later, when i was 18,i released my first record on a german label called "substatic" who runs by Falko Brocksieper and Mia grobelny. after releasing the second record on substatic i joind to the "Sushtech" family, and released my first record under the alias "Chrom" that had been remixed by Oliver hu a.k.a raudive on 2009 i released music on the Sushitech compilation (sus10) on my alias "Chrom", "Mike" and "Soulmate" for a project named "Tessera". Soulmate is a project started in 2009 with Yossi amoyal who is a partner/owner Sushitech rec and got remixed by "Chez damier". Later on, the other projects i released on "Tessra" for sushitech under the alias "Chrom" and "Mike" were remixed by "Rick wade" and "Nick holder" on a label named "Midnight hours". today, i take allot of inspiration from lots of small labels that are trying to push the music and develop something new i'm inspired by artists such as "Jay simon" , "Chez damier" Anonym", "GlennUnderground" to name a few..
