- Mr. Signout (Bjarnar Jónsson) is an Icelandic DJ & Producer.Mr Signout: Real name Bjarnar Jonsson, is a veteran within the Icelandic electronic music scene and has 18 years of dj-ing under his belt. In 1999 the legendary Force Inc. label put out his first release ever, "Sameining" EP, which Bjarnar produced with his good friend and techno-genius EXOS. The sound of the EP was said to be a crossover between SURGEON and OLIVER HO and was extensively praised by djs around the world, particularly in Germany and USA. After the success of this release, the collaboration between EXOS and OHM (Bjarnar) continued and together they produced some of the funkiest and most interesting dance-floor-friendly material heard for a long time. These releases included a follow-up EP on Force Inc and 2 amazing EP's on the Icelandic TISSJU label (sub-label of critically acclaimed THULE RECORDS, which often is referred to as BASIC CHANNEL of the north). You can definitely hear influences from hip hop, drum and bass, dub and of course classic minimal techno. OHM's signature sounds are playful tribal grooves, ruff bass lines, smoked out sounds flying around, morphing vocal stabs, with drum-and-bass-style-crowd-pleasing-breaks. He tries hard not to be limited to any specific formulas and manages in that way to successfully create his own distinctive sound. Constantly evolving his production skills and questioning the things around him, Bjarnar released the album "We Are No Strangers" under the name Sonord on Möller Records in 2013. And Before That he has released 3 Albums on his own as Mr. Signout profile on bandcamp.com. But his latest release is "I Got A Feeling" also released from Möller Records this 28th of February 2015.
