- His record collection is full of eccentric 12” that go from Ambient, to Deep House, Classic House, Bass House, until reaching a more electric atmosphere like Acid Techno.Nick Bátik started to spin records in 2007 in different parties and clubs in his birth town Santa Fe, Argentina, obtaining the residence of the mythical party, La Quimera, he shared the DJ booth with the most important House & Techno artists from the Argentinian scene. In 2010 he moves to Buenos Aires, playing in different bars and clubs in the city: Niceto Club, Crobar, Shamrock, La Piramide, Levitar, Quba, Omm Bar, Rio Café, Congo Bar, Caracas Bar, among others. In 2015 he sets foot in Europe, playing in the city of Paris (Badaboum, Nuba, Faust X, Baro Far, Le Mellotron Radio, Les Ecuries, Le Pi-gallion.), Berlin (Anita Berger, Auerworld Fest, Kommz Fest), Leipzig (Dr. Seltsam), Munich (Das Provisorium Kunstbar a Lesesaal) and London (Number 90 Bar & Kitchen). In 2016 he visits Eastern Europe playing in Belgrade (Pristan club, 20/44 club, and Elektropio-nir). In 2017 he visits Uruguay playing in Montevideo (Spot Club) and Punta del Este (Soho Club). He periodically visits the interior of Argentina (Entre Ríos, Paraná, Santa Fe, Rosario and Córdoba). His record collection is full of eccentric 12” that go from Ambient, to Deep House, Classic House, Bass House, until reaching a more electric atmosphere like Acid Techno. Now he is focusing on passing hours at his home studio expe-rimenting with synthesizers, sequencers, drum machines, bass machines, making his own sounds and remixes with an unique and organic sound, which he edits in many labels.
