  • Nick Coleman is a music producer, live performer, violinist & DJ from Melbourne Australia, based in Dusseldorf. A classically trained violinist (A.Mus) and guitarist Coleman completed a Bachelor of Music at Queensland University of Technology.
    To date Coleman has written and produced numerous ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) Dance Chart Top 10's, Top 10 Pop Chart tracks, Beatport Top 10's, and a club hit which was voted into 'The Australian Top 100 Greatest Dance Tracks of All Time'. Support from Carl Cox, Patrick Topping, Joe Goddard (Hot Chip), DJ Hell, Annie Mac (BBC Radio1) and Moguai reflect the diverse range of Coleman's music. His work has been licensed to global brands such as Ministry of Sound, MTV (Germany), Kontor Records (Germany), International Deejay Gigolos (Germany) and Sweat It Out. Nick has been involved in a number of successful collaborations. In 2011 Coleman, Ryan Riback & Rachel Elberg signed an album deal to Australian label Sweat It Out under the band name Northbrook. The band recorded two Top 10 Pop Chart Tracks (South Africa). In 2015 Nick partnered up with Tiny Tiny ( Kentuckian singer/songwriter Boone Williams). Nick's remix of Take The Time encouraged the two to collaborate further. They released 3 EP's together with their single 'Better Parts' from the duo's 2nd EP added to radio station Triple J's high rotation playlist. As a DJ Nick has played and held residencies at some of Melbourne’s most successful and longest running clubs and bars including The Lounge, Revolver, Metro, Motel, Tramp & Circus. He has toured nationally and performed in the US, Japan, Germany & the Netherlands. In 2010 he founded record label Suckmusic at which he a director and A&R executive.
