- Nkei aka Nikolaos Kouvatsis (Greece) Producer // DJ // Remixer.BIOGRAPHY: Nkei aka Nikolaos Kouvatsis was born in Giannitsa (Greece) near of Thessaloniki in April 1987. Rapidly from the age of 10 years, fell in love with electronic music, as they fell into his hands one of the first vinyls that was in his home, from the older brother. Growing up and listening artists such as Brooklyn Bounce, Prodigy, Portishead, Future Sound of London,Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Apollo and much more not long to dream himself beside them playing either with them either alone any of his song. This with the passage of time became more and more intense mid- so he decided to study music technology and music production to learned more and more. The music's influence is now based in Progressive House, Tech House, Electronika scene was why artists like John Digweed, Sasha, Carl Cox, Marco Carola, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy Gerber and many more have influenced with the current sounds and the way in which writes the the music reminds them that sound is mirrored in other words the artists appear above. The motto he has a view on the music says: "That the only way for everyone to forget problems and to feel peace and tranquility, even for 3 minutes, is to find and hear a good song..!!!" This tries to pass through both pieces NKEI with happy - dark and used to house more rhythmic sounds to forget the difficulty even for 3 minutes...!!! Programs in which he works the pieces or as a music producer or as Dj is the Ableton Live and Logic Pro, and always in combination with Traktor to Live Dj Set. His first EP album was done in collaboration with the Underground Lessons Recordings and the name of this is (The World is Not Enough EP) and released in September 2011. Then followed the release of ("Mind Station" EP) in cooperation with Deepsessions Digital Records in December of 2011. During that period the NKEI preparing the brand new Album, with the name "THERAPY" which will include 7 tracks and will release in the new year.. We stay tuned and waiting for his new sounds ...
