- London based producer and DJWhen it comes to UK selectors, very few have the reputation and skill set of Ollie Rant; A DJ’s DJ, vinylist and producer, who’s discography has contributed to the recent success of some of the UK’s leading underground labels. A mixed digger, who’s sound leans largely on the shuffle and groove of UK Garage but who’s not out of place across the UK club continuum, be it deep and rolling 4/4, dubby basslines or breakbeat. His latest single, XTC, on Shuffle N Swing’s first digital project, received widespread reaction across clubs in the UK and overseas. Big plays on Boiler Room, Eliza Rose’s energy filled Mixmag Lab and a feature on Radio 1 courtesy of Jaguar’s new dance music show followed. Ollie’s also achieved sold out physical releases on Time Is Now, Hardline Sounds (with Interplanetary Criminal and Sully), Highrise’s Flattrax and Slump recordings alongside Baby Rollen.
