- Dj P3z since 1995 Sirope / Novophonic / 3ok! Donostia / San Sebastián SpainJavi Pez, P3z or Elektropez is the artistic name of Javier Vicente Calderón and was born in San Sebastián. Is composer, producer, musician, disc jockey and events programmer. From 1985 to 1988 he began his musical career forming bands like "En El Jardín" and "23 ojos de Pez", with Jon Izeta or Ibon Errazquin, Vitaminas (1989) and in 1990 creates PARAFÜNK, which publishes its first album for the record label "La Fabrica Magnética" of Madrid in 1993. Then founded the collective SIROPE (1993-2002) with Jon Izeta, designer and Xabi Zirikian, creator of the Loreak Mendian clothing line. They organize parties in various Donostia venues and from 1995 and until 2011 is responsible for carrying the stable programming of the Etxekalte jazz club. In 1995, together with Carlas Closa (Txarly Brown, designer) and Sirope, he created the NOVOPHONIC record label with a catalog of 18 references, in which it gives free rein to a heterogeneous and eclectic world where It combines experimentation with humor, samplers and electronics, having very good acceptance in countries like France, England, Germany, Austria or Japan where they sell most of the records. INSTRÜMENTAL with Ibon Errazkin, PARAFÜNK, DIGI ONZE (later called JAVI P3Z ORQUESTA), CAMPING GAZ & DIGI RANDOM with Txarly Brown or TRIO KEMPES with Mikel Abrego are some of the projects that edit Novophonic. As a disc jockey he combines black root music (jazz, soul, latin, funk) with the most organic electronics and made multiple performances for different festivals and clubs: Kathmandu, Bali Hai, Multidirections, Davai, Marula, Tempo (Madrid), Moog, Veneno, Apolo, Bipp, Fonfone (Barcelona), Festivals such as the Gijón Film Festival, Dr. Music Festival, Bam, Sónar, Satisfaxion (Malaga), Groove Parade, PopKomm (Cologne) and in cities such as Bilbao, Pamplona, Palma de Mallorca, Vitoria, Gijón, Vigo, Granada, Las Palmas, Valencia, Santander, Bayonne, Paris, Bordeaux, Berlin, Dortmund, Vienna, London ...
