Biografía

  • Pascal Nuzzo is a Techno music producer hailing from Naples, Italy. His influences come from far and wide but are rooted in the analogue warmth of the 90s.
Yet while a bygone era forms his greatest inspiration, his music is undoubtedly forward thinking; full of driving grooves, swirling pads and expertly programmed drums. Four-to-the-floor techno underlines his music, but by no means defines it. Booming kicks are meshed with complex breakbeats, considered, proggy build ups and synthesised sounds that are both industrial and organic sounding. It is music made for the dancefloor, to be heard on large sound systems with generous subwoofers. No two songs are the same, with each songs pushing different structures, sounds and genres. His Discogs list is the envy of many a seasoned producer, with older classics such as One Time being supported by some of the world’s best DJs, including Len Faki, Joseph Capriati and Adam Beyer, as well as more cult favourites like Shoreline. Pascal’s long break from the scenes was enforced after encountering some difficulties with his eyes health, which nearly left him blind. Yet the fire never stopped burning for him, and while no records being released for long time, he never stopped producing, continuing to create and refining his sound and skills until the moment he landed on the legendary R&S Records.
