- A resident of both Salon des Amateurs and NTS Radio in London.A longtime resident of Salon des Amateurs in Düsseldorf and London’s NTS Radio, Jondo approaches club music with a global perspective on its unconventional niches and pathways. Understanding the DJ’s role as a vessel for a lifetime of influences, he breaks down the essence of dancehall, R&B, jungle, rap and bass-heavy techno, and reassembles this musical multiverse into challenging, yet highly impactful sets. In 2018, Jondo, DJ Brom and Friday Dunard launched the Spa label, which has grown into a platform for a variety of styles, ranging from the psychedelic ambiance of Garland, Jondo’s duo with Simon Weins, to Baroque bubble-gum, and high definition experiences.
