  • NYC based DJ/producer and LIVE act, Founder of the long-running afterhours club National Underground venue in downtown manhattan. Currently PJay teaches analog synthesis to students at Analog Recreation.
    NYC based DJ/producer and LIVE act, originally starting out at the legendary east coast club Caffeine/Voodoo; he’s performed LIVE at many of the old school new york city clubs such as Limelight and Webster Hall. Founder of the long-running afterhours club National Underground in downtown manhattan and a producer of the long-running Tronic events in nyc, currently PJay teaches analog and modular synthesis to students at his classroom, Analog Recreation. A regular at the all-night afterhours Bushwick AV, PJay often drops in with an unannounced set. He performs regularly in Detroit during Movement festival and has played at Miami’s WMC, and in Brooklyn at Output, Black Market and various warehouse events and venues around Manhattan. PJay has designed sound systems for Richie Hawtin, and Derrick May has played his unreleased material. He’s played alongside talent such as Adam Beyer, Jeff Mills, Kevin Sanderson, Steve Bug and artists from labels Underground Resistance, Basic Channel, Perlon and Tronic.
