- Plastic Love is a party featuring resident DJs Bas and Jimmy Maheras plus various guests from around the world playing the best in disco, house, techno, acid, shoegaze, polka, terrorcoredubstep and everything in between.Plastic Love began in the summer of 2010 when friends Bas Elgharib and Jimmy Maheras merged east and west coast sounds for a fusion of disco, house, techno, and acid at LA clubs such as Avalon, The Standard, The Vanguard, and Basic. The duo also showcases an eclectic mix of local and global artists through their own series of weekly radio shows and accompanying podcasts, Plastic Love Radio. 2014 sees the boys launch their own record label, aptly titled Plastic Love Records.
