Biografía
- Francisco Manzano aka PRIEST. Mexican DJ, musician and artist.Manzano began his musical training with violin and piano at age 5. After a childhood focused 100% on classical, concert and orchestral music, he ventured into the world of electronic music through the clubs and sacrilegious raves he enjoyed during his teenage years. He sold his soul (for a bit) to the fashion industry, working as a PR and casting director for various brands and editorial productions until 2018, when he decided to return to his devoted passion: music. He grabbed Mexican stages by the balls with a DJ project called PRIEST, named as a protest to his religious upbringing. His career in the world of fashion led him to live in different cities around the world, from which he adopted the sound of club music from Queer and LGBTQ+ parties. He took these sounds and put them in a blender along with his classical education and his latin roots to create the sound of PRIEST. This sound has musicalized catwalks and campaigns of fashion brands in Mexico and other countries. Currently, he preaches his musical sacrament as a Resident DJ of hot clubs in CDMX like Discoteca or [SIC], and offers communion at festivals and parties in Mexico, USA and Europe. PAK: RADIO ALHARA His main influences are early 90's house, hip-hop and latin rhythms, turning his sound into an exotic and danceable club mix.
