- Emerging from CDMX, Rafatel has consolidated a retro-futuristic, groovy, genre free sound that has positioned him and Boyanza in the new wave of mexican artists.Born in the heart of the multifaceted CDMX, Rafatel is a DJ and producer that has pushed new emerging sounds and old jams tying them with one element in common: grooviness. Since the beginning of his career, Rafatel has explored several genres in his sets, jumping from House to Disco, Acid, Indie Dance, Baleric & more... He always looks to create and adapt with crowds He is a resident of the most important clubs around the city (Funk, M.N Roy, Departamento, Bar Oriente) and has played in important festivals and parties like Sunday Sunday, Mayan Warrior, Bahidora & more. In 2019 he founded Boyanza, a Pop-Up Rave, Record Label and Talent Management brand that has quickly positioned itself as one of the most important and exciting communities in Mexico City.̸Boyanza D Records
