Nearly every day in "Rapha`s" life turns around music and its business. During the week he works as booker and artist manager for the "Club Lehmann" and the agency "Agentur Lehmann". The weekends he spent as a Resident Dj at the Lehmann Club or in clubs and festivals all around Germany and Europe. If he doesn t play, he still love to party and he likes the excess... "A weekend without a rave is no weekend - If i wake up on a monday and feel fresh, it really feels strange in a way... Not sure if that´s good or bad....But it´s true" Raphael sees djing as an entertainment. He loves it and that´s what he transports directly to the crowd. His sets are very versatile and he is very much open minded to different genres of music. "At the end it s all about techno, but i like groovy and deep stuff as also rough and hard tunes... It just needs balls!" No question, He is definitively more a Dj than a producer. "I love to spend time in the studio and working on tracks, i have many ideas and inspiration - but sometimes i m a lazy stoner and i m super slow with coming to an end" "That s why I am happy to the have the right partners around me." So happened releases with guys like Niereich, Pierre Deutschmann or Chris Hirose on quality labels like Sleaze Records, Kombination Research, H-Productions, Micro.Fon, MB Elektronics to name a few. "I learned a lot during the studio sessions and i m happy that i m now working more and more on my own stuff - just finished some fresh and new stuff and looking for labels to release" "Also i nearly don t listen to Techno private - Rap and Hip Hop gives me much more inspiration and keeps my mind fresh." Apart from all that, Raphael is very thankful for the opportunity to do what he does and he mostly takes it very serious. He is a very contemplative and emotional person who needs its people around and his background.
