Biografía
- DJ & record digger based in RigaSandjay's spark for crate digging started around 2017-2018 when he formed Underground Station with his comrades in the booth at that time - Valts Incis and Fruit Delivery. It was suposed to be regular event series and in a short time they have been playing or curating their events in key local venues back then such as Autentika B2, Kaņepes Kultūras centrs, One One and Teritorija shaping new school minimal and house scene in Riga, thus their bookings during the last years were - Lee Burton, Abdul Raeva, Trippsy, Rubi and Alexander Skancke along with intimate parties focused on music and atmosphere. Ever since Sandjay's instinct behind the decks and his always-evolving catalogue of electronic music makes him adept to bring it on at any time & setting from warm up to afterhours as in loud club as small terrace lounge. While his roots are set deep in house music and early-mid 2000's progressive sounds, he's always after timeless and witty gems in any style not confirming to particular sub-genres. Sandjay's recent sets have been rather eclectic and beyond the time concept, fueled by passion for exploration and breaking bareers between 90's house & techno heritage and contemporary dance music, the know and the unknown. Be it acid, electro or downtempo - a thrill of unearthing hidden pearls makes his selections stand out. He let his tracks do the talking and bring smiles on lips and good vibes to dancefloors.
