  • SanFaçon is the production moniker of Alex SanFaçon, father of Ghostly International’s industrial-electro child Kill Memory Crash and founder/label artist of the Linear imprint.
    SanFaçon is the production moniker of Alex SanFaçon, father of Ghostly International's industrial-electro child Kill Memory Crash and founder/label artist of the Linear imprint. SanFaçon was first introduced to electronic music in the late 80s via the midwest industrial music scene, which lead him inevitably to Detroit rave culture, a movement which was in relative infancy at that time. SanFaçon, musical cohort Adam Sieczka (Killing), and a handful of others combined what musical equipment they had to build a studio in Detroit where they recorded throughout the mid to late 90s as "Feed the Machine". After Feed the Machine disbanded, SanFaçon and Adam Sieczka relocated to Chicago where they soon signed to Ghostly International and produced several albums under the "Kill Memory Crash" moniker. Seeking an outlet for his techno projects and realizing that there was a gap to be filled in the production of techno in the United States he founded the Linear label, providing a new focal point to experience the zenith of techno events, production and podcasts from known and unknown operatives in the United States...
