Brothers from different mothers, Sisterhood, have been busy building a following playing clubs and festivals throughout the world since the release of Call Me Ishmael back in the summer of 2013. Their debut EP on Tief Music caused a stir, recieving rave reviews from Resident Advisor, Juno and Teshno. Almost a year in the making, their follow up ‘Tunnels’ once again shined the spotlight on the two budding producers… but perhaps that’s jumping a little far ahead. John and Harry met through DJing at pubs and clubs before really hitting it off at the first ever Tief and immediately formed a musical bond through their love of tough kick drums, dreamy synths and luxurious chords. Behind the decks, you’ll always notice how much fun the pair are having whilst playing to crowds big or small, early doors or 4am closing sets. Both avid record collectors, John brings his synthetic kraut rock influences to match Harry’s 12” disco mixes, resulting in an eclectic mix of house, techno and disco.
