- Snna made the decision to exchange a present, which was a video game console, for an old sound mixer Akiyama during Christmas in 1992. He began an eclectic trip together with two midi systems towards one passion for electric music that would set him on..A sound animal cotinuously advancing. This is maybe the best way to define an electronic artist who took a huge step forward – unexpected and conclusive- when he was still a child and which has become his outstanding daily creative and professional present. In Christmas 1992, he changed his games console for an Akiyama mixing board without the slightest hesitation. Snna was not aware that he had made a decision which defined his calling in life in such a surprising and innocent way. That was the moment when he embarked on a journey to avant-garde music, departing from funk, jazz, and Chicago house and arriving to a well deserved exit amongst the club public and the most important and demanding national and international deep-tech dance floors, thanks to many flight hours an continuous hard work. Snna is a born, autodidactic, insultingly young and almost subversive producer. He skillfully played in well-known Valencian clubs when he was just fifteen sponsored by important artists such as Kike Jaén. Soon after, he became resident sound controller, which gave him a broad deejay music baggage. At the same time, he started to collect an enormous quantity of sounds, experiences, loops, feelings and syntactic bases thanks to many confinement, study and introspection hours. All this helped him to define his own rhythmic, strong and contemporaneous musical identity with great and relevant importance. After his residency in Puzzle club, he made his avant-garde attitude very clear. He fought for it at all costs and nothing could prevent him from achieving his main goal: a technical, deep and highly festive sound which completely defines him and makes him happy. In 2004, Snna started an active academic formation in music production. In that moment, he realized that he wanted to use all his time, taste and energy in producing electronic music. After three long silent years, he finally took the plunge in the tempestuous music production world with his first reference “Riseseando”. The public’s good response encouraged him and directly sent him to the most important clubs in Valencia. His music could be enjoyed in Barraca, Narita, Miniclub, etc. together with important music artists such as Sven Väth, Nick Curly, James Holden, Damian Schwartz, Lemos & Kreon, Tadeo, Félix Krocher, José de Divina, Affkt, Edu Imbernon, etc. Snna is now in a vital moment concerning his final consolidation thanks to an exciting music project in the national tech scene. Danny Serrano, Federico Locchi, Nacho Marco y Luca M have supported his EPs and have even remixed his “Pastoreando” track (Anhura Records). His inseparable digital endeavour partner, Nacho Arauz, has made a remix for José de Divina which will be shortly released by Monza Ibiza Records, sharing an EP with Marco Faraone. To top off this newly started 2011, Nacho Arauz and him aka Los Pastores, after releasing several references in emerging labels such as Mylittleldog, Soulman and Suerte Records, have signed for a fourth realease in the latter which will shortly come out.
