With a talent for Deep House this young Dj/music producer/audio engineer, had no idea what was in store for him! Dance culture had become a way of life, and there was no looking back. After completing a one year diploma in sound engineering and post production at Inhouse records, he saw the opportunity to create a solid foundation for those hidden production talents. He kept moving around from parties to gigs, corporate functions, club residencies and random throw downs at which point he started outsourcing himself to many different company’s and various promoters. The exposure gave this young maestro the experience needed, not only to dj in front of huge crowds, but to better understands the inner workings of the business. He is currently based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Where at this very moment he is engaged in producing some of the finest deep house tunes to leave his country’s shores! Star73's sound is fresh and vibrant with splash of soul, which provides the right combination to spark some interest from a couple of prominent overseas labels. He has been signed to top UK label Lepento records and has a repertoire of deep tracks on a number of local labels! In terms of his music production skills, his Sublime feel good groove keeps evolving with timeless depth and soul. He has been consistent in keeping up with the rapidly morphing pace of Deep House music! Star73 sees himself being defined by the collective soul experience that is a part of the Deep House culture. He believes that together, music lovers and party goers alike can connect on a spiritual, emotional and intellectual plain and therefor reach a deeper level of consciousness through the sound of music.
