Biografía
- Italian based dj producer - Clonk Records owner and A&R.Stefano Razzo was born in Sardinia (Italy). He began his career as a DJ in 1995 at the Merak. In the summer of 1996 he joined part of the Metropolitan Groove and he becomes a resident DJ. He began to get his name out that summer at 'Energy Disco (Disco history of Sardinia), where he played alongside internationally known guests. Following the success of the summer, thanks to the well established partnership with Metropolitan Groove, he performed in the most major regional events, playing in many clubs in Sardegna. His performances are appreciated by the public in various places including: the Siesta, Blue star, Lady Night, Controsenso, Odyssea, Ex disco, Why Not, Menhir, La Capanna, le Saline, AVA Club Berlin, R19 Club Berlin and many others. In 2004 he decided to open a record store affiliated with the historic REMIX DJ SHOP ROMA, thus creating an outlet to ORISTANO REMIX. Now he divides his time between his shop and his evenings. In the summer of 2006 he began working with the renown Ovest Sardinian nightclub, becoming one of its resident DJs. During his career he performed alongside DJs such as: Dominik Eulberg, Jeff Samuel, Sweet'n Candy, Ryan Crosson, Pier Bucci, Gumhiz, Italoboiz, Dorian Paic, Onur Oezer, Guido Schneider, Troy Pierce, Sarah Goldfarb, Todd Bodine, Claudio Coccoluto, Ralf and many others in addition to the resident DJs. His sound is minimal and hypnotic pure 100%. In 2008 there came a new project, he founded his own label Clonk Records! The project is in collaboration with his friend Freddy K., one of the owners of the historic REMIX DJ SHOP ROMA, and today the owner of the K1971 label management agency. Clonk Records is a new reality in the Italian electronic scene. Stefano Razzo decides to transmit the label to his flavor... choosing the leading artists and new talents... unique artists, initially islanders, such as Alessio Mereu, Minimal Cadets, MR Bizz, Claudio PRC. Ness, etc. From there, he started collaborating with international artists, such as Perception of sound, Knobs, and etc.. The label was initially distributed by an exclusive worldwide distributor, who is among the most famous, The Neuton in Frankfurt Germany! Clonk Records' debut with their first vinyl release "SBATMAN Alessio Mereu" which officially came out to the world June 23, 2008!
