- E-dward! + Nick Daring = Stream TheoryE-dward! + Nick Daring = Stream Theory E-DWARD! Edoardo Scarpellini aka E-dward! was born in Pisa (tuscany) in 1988. His first approach to the electronic music arrived at the age of 14. He started collecting vinyls and in 2006 began is carrer as a dj at Kama Kama (Lucca). Two years later he joined the Metempsicosi roaster thanks to that he became resident dj at Reflex Club (Pisa). In a short time he succeded in playing in important italian clubs and festivals such as Cocoricò (Riccione), Fiesta Privada (Roma) and many others… On the stage, E-dward!, feels what the dancefloor transmit him and he converts it into music. In order to give vent to his passion and creativity, he started making music with the aim of releasing only what mostly satisfies him musically. In 2011 he released his first album, “The Journey” on the italian label Exprezoo and other important relases followed on Bosconi and Apparel. His productions and dj sets are influenced by artists such as Moodymann, Todd Terry and Theo Parrish and by old school house, Chicago, Detroit and Disco sounds. In 2012 he starts cooperating with Dj Mag Italia writing reviews, interviews and much more. NICK DARING Saying " Nick is eclectic " is reductive. He's an young italian Dj and producer and we can recognise a well difined but highly varied identity in what he offers, in his sets and his productions. He loves wandering in the sounds, without limits. Those sounds vary greatly expressing himself entirely. His approach to the music began early, since he was just a child listening various kinds of music on tape. The passion of house music accompains him trought all his artistic growth. It's probably for this reason that we can notice that his ecletic's style is present in his productions. that even if they are based on techno sounds, they're characterized by deep influences of soul, house and funk styles. You can listen his sets in the coolest Italian's clubs and his productions are part of the musical baggage of the most important artists of the international scene. Supported , in his job, by some BIGs of the business, he devotes himself entirely everyday to his job to offer an high-level of prouducts.
