- Producer, dj, label ownerDJ Subgate belongs to a respected line of artists involved in the Czech electronic scene where has operated for the last two decades. He is known for combing multiple music genres and frequently plays at eminent events in the Czech Republic. He has also toured in Spain, Romania, Italy, Germany, Austria, Costarica and Switzerland. In 2010 he created his first composition "Memories" and has since released many other tracks on respected labels like Frequenza, Comade, Happy Techno Music, Phunk Traxx, Avenue nebo NB Records. In 2015 he co-founded the music publishing company One Way along with his colleague Tibiza. Together they represent famous Czech and foreign producing talent including Oliver Klein and Bjorn Wilke. Subgate's own music production lead him to take part in LIVE performaces. He is a resident DJ for a couple of leading Czech clubs and music nights - Roxy Prague (Sublime), Storm club Prague and Chapeau Rouge. Subgate is also part of the project Creative Events, which has run for over a decade and produced events involving a number of international guests e.g. Butch, Paride Saraceni, Guy J, Hollen, Philipp Straub, ... Since 2017 Subgate is one of the lecturers at the prestigious Czech production and DJ school Musartedo. Over his years on the electronic music scene he’s performed alongside the likes of: Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Joris Voorn, Umek, Jon Rundell, Marco Bailey, Rodriguez Jr., Mauro Picotto, Adrian Hour, Tom Hades, Mark Reeve, Just Be: Bushwacka, Johannes Heil, Anthony Rother, Anja Schneider, Kaiserdisco, Sebastian Leger, Karotte and many more.
