Whether at his very own and extraordinary event series called „PSSSST!“ happening at Düsseldorf’s no.1 underground spot Monkey’s Club, or at the legendary “Home14“, where he is one of the main residents since the very first day or at the „Climax Institutes“ in Stuttgart, Sven is currently dropping his hypnotizing trippin’ sets, that range between the chunky side of House and the swinging side of Techno, at some of the hottest events around and abroad. But there’s much more to this multi-activist than just passionately spinning records since the age of 15. Although his first love is the deepest, he has paved his way in the music industry and so he nowadays additionally supports labels like Systematic Recordings with his work, owns the booking and promotion agency “BPM Affairs“ that gets the music of various labels into the hands and cases of the world’s best DJs and - most notably - since 2007 he also runs his own label PUZZLE TRAXX. The label’s aim is as simple as ambitious – serving soulful pieces of dance electronica far beyond stereotyped thinking. So far Puzzle Traxx has signed productions by the likes of Patrick Zigon, Mihai Popoviciu, Jay Bliss, Mirco Violi, randomPLAY, Reboot, Je Dàvu, Markus Fix, Alex Under, Agnès, Martin Landsky, Alessandro Crimi and not to forget the Puzzle head himself, whose traxx “Quid Pro Quo“ and „Jazz Or No?“ in collaboration with friend Patrick Zigon were well received by the international DJ elite. The course is set and there’s much more to follow on the production side... stay tuned! Sven has committed himself completely to music and lives and breathes it. It’s a fulltime job and purpose in life at the same time. Call him a dreamer, but he’s not doing it for the limelight! He’s doing it to see his visions becoming real, to take the scene a little further and push boundaries, for the unity and the sweating bodies.
