- Liubomir Skumov, better known as Thermo, is a DJ and producer from southeastern BulgariaLiubomir Skumov, better known as Thermo, is a DJ and producer from southeastern Bulgaria. He grew up listening to music from bands such as Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers and Orbital, but his experience hearing Techno at a local nightclub influenced him to start producing his own music. From that day forward, he began to study electronic music and composing his own tracks. His first 12 inch release "Underground Loops" was picked up by Ignition Technician for his label Notorious North. This push led to releases on some of the most prolific Techno labels such as Yin Yang, Patterns, Sub Cult, and Toyfriend Music; solidifying Thermo's reputation as one of the most forward thinking techno producers from the Balkans. Thermo released several EPs for Neptuun City, which caught the attention of DJ Dan. Dan asked him to remix one of his tracks 'Just A Fool' which gave Thermo recognition in the House community where it gained strong support from many notable DJs and producers. This quickly led to other releases on labels such as Coyote Cuts, InStereo, Gourmand Music, Greenhouse, Fogbank, Deepjacking and many more. Thermo's productions range from deep Techno to all flavors of House music.
