Ex Alumnae Red Bull Music Academy Bass Camp. Head of Last Forever Records.Tommy Garofalo, known as ‘Turbojazz’ in his numerous record releases on international labels such as Defected, BBE, Local Talk, Gamm and more, is a recognised tastemaker and one of the reference figures of the Italian underground scene and beyond. His sets are characterised by an engaging wave of energy which is expressed through genres he loves, such as disco, funk and the some of the most sophisticated house music and techno selections. In his twenty year long career, he has been seen as the protagonist of many highlights, from his participation in the acclaimed Redbull Music Academy in 2017 to him performing in the best venues and festivals around the world, from Europe, America, South Africa to Japan. He has also shared the consoles with some legends, the likes of Moodymann, Gilles Peterson, Mr Scruff, Jimpster, Kode9, Zed Bias, Benji B and many others with whom he has signed several remixes as well. Turbojazz is also the mastermind behind the Last Forever Records label and the co-founder of the group Jaxx Madicine with whom he produced three EPs and an album. He will be releasing his first personal debut album at the end of 2022.
