- UNER remains to be one of the most important names in the new generation of Spanish electronic music producers.His background in production as well as being a clasically trained musician, has encourged him to incorporate both passions into a new concept to combine both his DJ set and a live act. This provides the audience something very experimental, versitile and unique which make his performances an unforgetable experience. His set up is constantly evolving, giving him endless capabilities for creativity. 2009 was a big year for UNER – with his name being put firmly into the limelight after his ‘’Raw Sweat’’ EP made its debut on Diynamic. In 2011, both ‘’Raw Sweat’’ and Badboot’’ were listed in the renowned RA’s ‘’Top Charted Tracks’’. Following his success, in 2012 he made his debut on Cadenza with two of his most loved and well known tracks to date ‘’Pallene’’ and ‘’Cocoua’’. Gaining much respect from names such as Luciano, Carl Cox and Laurent Garnier. His 432 album back in February 2014 released on Diynamic receieved highly acclaimed industry support and lead to a huge tour the same year which was sold out with over 40 dates in 3 months. This lead to his performances with Boiler Room in 2014 in Berlin which was focused on his album release and the other in Barcelona in 2015 for his live show, incorporating a live band into his performance. Brand endorsements have come from wide and far for UNER, incuding Pioneer, The Burn Residency and Adidas. Not forgetting Native Instruments, where he had been attending their sessions events and providing tutorials fans and other industry professionals on Stems and production in 2015. In 2015 he made his debut at DC10 with Jamie Jones at his Paradise party, and this kick started his Ibiza summer schedule – for the second year in a row he has secured a residency at ANTS, Ushuaia and then in 2016 he also had an additional two residencies at The Blue Marlin and We Love Sundays at the one and only Space, Ibiza. Also in Ibiza he was asked to take part of the Burn Residency as a mentor alongside Carl Cox and Dubfire. Launched in 2015, his label “Solar Distance” has released EP’s from atists including Philip Bader, Lee Van Dowski, Alex Kennon and Copy Paste Soul . Uner launched the label with his own EP “Return & Rebirth” and in Janaury 2017, he will release his 2nd EP with a remix from Petar Dundov, as his debt on the label. He also has started his own label podcast, “Sounds from Solar” – an excuisve special mix from Uner himself once a month. His popularity in the USA has been growing from strength to strength – he has a residency at Le Jardin in LA, and in 2017 he hopes to bring his own concept to the venues. Another US tour starts in February, with dates thorughout the year both East and West Coasts. Remix duties in 2016 included those with Eli & Fur’s “On My Own”, Monkey Safari with their track “Bernstein” and Mathias Kadens “Tangerine”. And his last set of solo releases to end the year were with his debut on LA based “Culprut” with his”From The Other Side”EP, along with a long awaited return after 6 years on Nic Fanciulli’s Saved with “Night On Mars”. Many new projects started in 2017 for Uner, with a debut on Philip Baders label, and a remix for PQM on Yoshitoshi and a debut on Sasha’s Last Night On Earth imprint. He has also said his focus on Solar Distance is of most important to him, with his solo EP “Fonema” released in July, which has a standout remix from Monkey Safari. Closing out his 5th year as a resident for ANTS at Ushuaia in Ibiza in 2017 he also launched his own party concept at Pacha, Barcleona. “Umamii” was a huge success, with the first 3 now under their belt, each with stellar line ups we expect the brand to be taken to more locaitons in 2018. Kicking 2018 off, Uner announced his first full feature movie sountrack for a Polish movie called “DJ” launched on the 19th Jan.
