Biografía
- Create Freedom through expression.23-year-old, Von Ekko, born in sunny South Africa & based in Bristol, UK, found his creative producing through admiring the likes of distant musical role models. With perseverance and dedication to his individual style of techno producing and artistic talent; he is ready to make his foothold in the industry. His first signing came early in 2016 with the Berlin based record label, ‘Berlinist’, following up with another signing to Pete Oak’s imprint, ’Blindfold Recordings’, in Copenhagen. His EP ‘Klare Sights’ got the attention and support from Nick Warren, Edu Imbernon, Noir & Anii and many more. During his third year of music studies, he boldly dropped out and moved to Copenhagen to connect with ‘Blindfold Recordings’ that enabled him to have access to the scene and opportunities in Europe. Not long after, he relocated to the United Kingdom, where his studio is currently based. Whilst living in the United Kingdom, Von Ekko has had the opportunity to sign with European labels, Black Square, Familia & Eclipse Recordings.
